Year 2007. My third wine, a blend of 60% merlot, 30% cabernet franc and 10% syrah aged in french barrique for a year. A little big wine.
At sight the wine is ruby-red with purplish-blue shades. When smellet, it is sweet.scented and powerful with a well defined note of blue and red fruit and a pleasant scent of tobacco. When tasted, itis distinctive, mineral and savoury, with a well integrated taste of fruit and spice together with soft and silky tannins. It closes with a good persistence and a pleasant aftertaste.
